UPDATE 1:00pm CT. Terrorist dead. Four victims dead of which one is the terrorist, one is a police officer, and two were killed on the bridge. At least people 20 injured.

From 12:45pm CT…

Lone terrorist drove his vehicle over Westminster Bridge, running over about a dozen people. Critical injuries. At least 2 have died so far. The terrorist proceeded to Parliament, crashed his vehicle into a gate fence, exited vehicle, penetrated Parliament perimeter, used long knife to attack police officers. The terrorist was then shot by a security officer. One of the officers has died. Terrorist being treated in hospital.

This is the anniversary of: “On the morning of March 22, 2016, three coordinated suicide bombings occurred in Belgium: two at Brussels Airport in Zaventem, and one at Maalbeek metro station in central Brussels. Thirty-two civilians and three perpetrators were killed, and more than 300 people were injured. Another bomb was found during a search of the airport. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attacks. The perpetrators belonged to a terrorist cell which had been involved in the November 2015 Paris attacks. LONDON An assailant stabbed a policeman and was shot by police just outside Britain’s parliament building in London on Wednesday in what police described as a “terrorist incident”.
